Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of warehousesleasing.com (the "site"), operated by WarehousesLeasing.com, an industrial property leasing business led by Jaberjeet Khatana and based in Gurugram, Haryana, India ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site publishes information about warehouses, industrial sheds, factory space and other industrial property available to lease. Occupiers can send enquiries through it, and owners and developers can submit properties for listing.

Nothing on the site is an offer to lease a property or a commitment that a property is available. A lease is made only by a written agreement between the landlord and the tenant. Where we act for you in finding or leasing a property, the scope of that work and any fees are agreed with you separately.

• Listing details — including area, clear height, floor loading, power, fire NOC status, rent, availability and photographs — are supplied by landlords and developers. We do not independently verify them.
• They are indicative only and may be out of date. A property may already have been leased, and rent and terms are subject to negotiation and confirmation by the landlord.
• Before you commit to a property, carry out your own checks, including title, approvals, fire NOC, structural and technical due diligence, and take legal advice.

Articles, location guides and other content on the site are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial or valuation advice, and may not reflect the latest regulations or market conditions. Take professional advice before acting on them.

When you send an enquiry, give accurate information, and include another person's details only if you are authorised to. Sending an enquiry does not oblige you or us to proceed with any property. How we handle the details you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you submit a property, you confirm that:

• you own it, or the owner has authorised you to market it;
• the information you give is accurate and not misleading, and you will tell us if it changes;
• you own the photographs you upload or have permission to use them, and they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

You allow us, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, to store, resize, crop and publish the details and photographs on the site and to share them with prospective tenants, for as long as we market the property. You can ask us to remove a listing at any time.

We may decline a submission, edit it for accuracy or clarity, or remove it. Submitting a property does not by itself create an exclusive mandate or a fee arrangement; those are agreed separately in writing.

You must not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
• send false enquiries, spam or automated form submissions;
• upload malicious code or content you have no right to share;
• try to access the admin area, other people's data or any system you are not authorised to use, or interfere with the site's operation or security;
• copy listings in bulk to republish them as your own listing service.

Search engines and AI services may crawl the site in line with our robots.txt file.

The site's text, design and logo, and the way listings are compiled and presented, belong to us or our licensors. Details and photographs supplied by owners remain theirs. You may view and share pages, link to them, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link back. Any other reuse needs our written permission.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn and other services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it, or any listing or other content on it, is accurate, complete or up to date.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including decisions about a property made without your own checks, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.

If information or photographs you submit breach these terms — for example, because you did not have the right to share them — you are responsible for any resulting claims against us and the reasonable costs of dealing with them.

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top when we do. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
